PLEASE READ THIS POLICY THOROUGHLY BEFORE USING POLLARDI’S SITES FOR AN EXPLANATION OF HOW WE WILL TREAT YOUR PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION, AS YOU ARE CONSENTING TO THE INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE PRACTICES AS OUTLINED IN THIS POLICY AND TO THE COLLECTION, PROCESSING AND MAINTENANCE OF THIS INFORMATION BY YOUR VISITING AND USING THE SITES.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect information about you in various ways when you use our Sites. For example, we may collect your name, email address, postal address, phone number (including your mobile phone number), billing address, survey responses, demographics. However, we do not collect or store your credit or debit card information.
Personal Information Collected by Automated Means
We obtain certain personal information by automated means when you visit our websites, such as through cookies, web beacons, and web server logs. The information we collect in this manner includes the IP address of the device you use to connect to the internet, unique device identifier, browser characteristics, device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, information on actions taken on our site, dates and times of website visits, and the pages accessed. By collecting this information, we learn how to best tailor our websites to our visitors and understand what products and services you might prefer. Both we and others (such as our service providers) may collect personal information about our visitors’ online activities over time and across third-party websites.
Most browsers will tell you how to stop accepting new cookies, how to be notified when you receive a new cookie, and how to disable existing cookies. Without cookies, however, you may not be able to take full advantage of all of our websites’ features. For example, if you turn off certain cookies or refuse them, you will not be able to make purchases on our e-commerce website. Our websites are not designed to respond to “do not track” signals received from browsers.
Certain pages on our websites and emails we send you contain “web beacons” (also known as internet tags, pixel tags, and clear GIFs). Web beacons are used, for example, to obtain the IP address of the computer that downloaded the page on which the beacon appears, the URL of the page on which the beacon appears, the time the page containing the beacon was viewed, and the type of browser used to view the page. We also retain service providers who use web beacons to assess the effectiveness of our email communications and learn what pages our visitors viewed.
HOW WE USE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We use the information we collect to, among other things, provide the functionality and improve the quality of our Sites and personalize your experience.
For instance, we use information collected through automated means for purposes such as (i) customizing our users’ visits to our websites, (ii) delivering content and advertisements tailored to our users’ interests and the manner in which our users browse our websites, and (iii) managing our websites and other aspects of our business. To the extent required by applicable law, we will obtain your consent before collecting information using cookies or similar automated means.
We also may use third-party web analytics services, such as those of Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics, to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and determine how visitors use our websites. These service providers’ tools, including cookies and web beacons, allow us to collect information such as the state and ZIP code from which our visitors come and the IP addresses of our visitors’ computers.
HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
Sharing with Third Parties
We do not share your personal information with third parties other than as follows:

NOTICE TO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS
Your California Privacy Rights (As Provided by California Civil Code Section 1798.82)
A California resident who has provided personal information to a business with whom he/she has established a business relationship for personal, family, or household purposes (a “California Customer”) may request information about whether the business has disclosed personal information to any third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes, subject to certain exceptions. In general, again, subject to certain exceptions, if the business has made such a disclosure of personal information, upon receipt of a request by a California Customer, the business is required to provide a list of all third parties to whom it disclosed personal information in the preceding calendar year, as well as a list of the categories of personal information that were disclosed. One of the exceptions allows Pollardi to provide California Customers a cost-free means to opt out of these disclosures instead of providing such list. Any customer may request to opt out of these disclosures by contacting Pollardi as described above. California Customers may also request further information about our compliance with this law by contacting us at our address above.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
Pollardi may update or revise this Policy from time to time. You agree that you will review this Policy periodically. If we make any changes to this Policy, we will change the “Last Updated” date above. You are free to decide whether or not to accept a modified version of this Policy, but accepting this Policy, as modified, is required for you to continue using our Sites. If you do not agree to the terms of this Policy or any modified version of this Policy, your sole recourse is to terminate your use of our Sites.
